Coming from a big fan of the show (watched reruns with my dad who watched it when it first aired) I really enjoyed this movie. A lot even I don't see where all of this fail is coming from. Sure it wasn't perfect, but it was a good time at the movies and much better than so many other comedies we get nowadays. My only real complaint about it was that even though I like Terrence Stamp I felt he was miscast as Siegfried. He was too serious and lacked the character's charm, should've been Tim Curry
