Muse is a great band,but personally I prefer Metallica by far...All the Metallica members now are almost 50 years old but on stage they seem to be 20 years old and they have been playing for 30 years...I would like to see if Matt and company at 50 will be the same,maybe yes,but for me Metallica are too epic and awesome for what they did, indeed they inspired a lot of actual rock and metal bands

Muse and Metallica are both amazing, just different styles. Sure, Kirk could wipe the floor with Bellamy when it comes to shredding, but Bellamy would wipe the floor with Hammett with creativity. Plus, Matt is an amazing pianist and singer. Trust me, I debate these two bands all the time, my favorite band is Metallica and my girlfriends favorite band is Muse, we came to an agreement that they're both ground breaking artists, with very different styles.
