1. FDR and JFK did help black people. Don't tainted their legecy. Yes, they have some wrong things but all president have some wrong views too like Reagn and his ingorance of AIDs who have been effected in the minotries.

@CloudsofBliss FDR is the president who rounded up the Japanese and put them in internment camps. He also didn't support the anti-lynching laws he refused asylum to Jews fleeing nazi Germany and refused to desegregate the military.
Kennedy voted against the 1957 Civil rights Act while he was a senator as president opposed the 1963 March on Washington & was criticized by MLK for ignoring civil right. JFK then had MLKs phones tapped trying to prove he was a communist

By the way Goldwater supported all federal civil rights legislation except the 1964 civil rights act. His opposition was based on federal government intrusion into state rights. In the 1964 election LBJ used Goldwaters support for civil rights against him in southern adds.

Of course life isn't fair. But it's pretty obvious that a goal of society is to make life as fair as possible. That is why there are court systems and institutions to help those to whom life has not been fair.

Give me a break. Grow up and realize that good things happen to bad people and bad things happen to good people. It is what it is. When something bad happens to someone "innocent" , should we rectify it by being as cruel and unfair as we possibly can be. Doing something that is irrevocable? Is that logic?
