@Bluegrassmoker This is a Gold Tone Banjo Bass with bass strings tuned standard EADG. I don't think the drum head is a special one, just a little bigger than a standard banjo. Thanks for asking...and for listening!

nice banjo I love bass and banjo great sound what type is this it looks bigger than any I have ever seen before?? Is in standard tuning as well? also does it have a special drum head? sorry for the questions but it is very intriguing to me....
