@hazymat When you steam your milk, you should angle it so that it starts to form a whirlpool, and you can lower the mug to let in more air if you wish. But for the last 20-30 degrees you shouldn't let in any large amounts of air (you shouldn't hear the noisy farty sound anymore). The milk should have an awesome velvety texture.
