i dont think this video does the song justice tbh... i love peter kay but it kinda just makes a mockery of the beauty of the song..just my opinion

I love this so much. Such a great, happy song and the video is awesome. Pure bliss.

Good call, just downloaded it, excellent. Maggie Bell was great & so was Grace Slick from the same era (Jefferson Airplane notably).

Phillabels..Do yourself a favour and listen to Nina singing TOM THUMBS BLUES.. I wish Sharleen would cover it.Also there was a singer from Glasgow called Maggie Bell and as I say raw talent and effortless, nothing manufactured.

awesome track

Very well said - very few around can compare to those or Irma Franklin, Etta James, Diana Ross or the very underated Sharon Robinson. 2 great voices around now (predictably never heard on the radio) are Ruby Turner & Louise Marshall. It seems people don't care about true talent anymore as long as the singers all sound the same & have a monotonous banging drum machine or electronic beat rather than any musicians actually playing something. There, I feel better now!

What a voice she,s got you can,t hide talent like that...these 2nd raters on X factor should listen to the likes of her... Nina Simone, Annie Lennox ,Aretha Franklin, Dusty Springfield.
and realise that talent like theirs is natural.

I never used to like Sharlene Spitteri - I was in my teens when Texas were big. But now I am a man I see the error of my ways - she would get it until it fell off.
