The Sanctuary is a gated neighborhood on the east end of Richmond Hill, far away from traffic and environmental noise. There are only 31 home sites in the neighborhood and each site is at least a half acre, so there is plenty of privacy and elbow room between neighbors. There is a private pool with BBQ area, kitchenette, children's park and picnic benches for the exclusive use of the neighborhood residents. The homes are all very modern, custom, low country homes. This may be a great neighborhood for you, if you are looking to live in Richmond Hill with all its amenities but feel like you want a sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle on the outskirts of town when the sun goes down at the end of the day.
