@hideyho67 I'd sooner trust a trumpet-player's opinion on music than Christ's, He appears to have had little exposure to music in the New Testament.

Yes, this is terrible sound quality. I have the tape of this symphony. It is awesome. I have no doubt Handel would be pleased. Notes in the tape indicated he had written his permission for his work to be adapted to the times. I'm not usually in favor of "jazzing up" a work just to do it. But this was extremely well done and tasteful. Get the tape or CD from your Christian Bookstore. You won't be disappointed.

It just amazes me how different people can see and hear totally different things. Yes this is a poor quality recording. But Phil is awesome! I believe Handel would be thrilled! I beleive the angels is heaven are singing and dancing along. He sings from his soul and I love it!!!!!!!!!
