The lady in this clip exhibits such minimal engagement with either the store or retailer as she asks for a daily purchase of 20 Cigarettes.

Research has quantified how much of a commentary of their own short term memory managed behaviour is actually invented by shoppers due to not remembering. The figures range from 30% to 50% of the entire transaction. Retailers and brands now have the tools with which to separate fact from fiction
