  • with a lode of builderburgs running eu what would you expect

  • you should know the major changes of the new constitution.

one of them is that the eu will dictate minimum taxes on their member states. so there will be significant tax raise in ireland and the big international companies with their european headquarters in ireland will leave.

  • Well your right there, the Irish economy is one of the most open in the world so when the world economy is booming we'll boom and if it goes into recession we'll feel the hits aswell more severly. But tell me how a yes vote will cause more jobs to be lost?

  • Article 188 (d) states that "Union development co-operation policy shall have as its primary objective the reduction and, in the long-term, the eradication of poverty".

In Article 188J a strong commitment is given to Humanitarian Aid "for the purpose of third countries which are victims of natural and man-made disasters".Bad foreign policy?

  • austrian troops are in afghanistan since 2002.

do you really think we need a more federalistic europe when it comes to foreign policy? become the next imperialistic superpower like the us?

ireland is a tax paradise - that's why international companies like dell have their headquarter in ireland. that might be also one of the reasons why ireland got hit harder than other countries. so if you vote yes you will lose a lot more jobs additional to the one's already lost.

  • Irish jobs are already being lost, right now we have 400,000 people unemployed, the 2nd highest in the EU.The EU has no miltary force in Afganistan,it's the Nato force of which Austria and Ireland aren't a part of.

  • the new treaty will destroy irish jobs. no concerns have been adressed. the lisbon treaty is a coup d'etat. it will bring more corruption and more wars. just look how good we are doing in afghanistan when it comes to killing civilians. please do some research.

  • im unemployed over a year now because of thiefing banker and politicians i would rather starve to death than submit to this treaty and i will vote no again, and if the result is no and they dont listen im going after our corrupt politicians and bankers. VOTE NO

  • How is it?True this is the same treaty voted on by the French,Dutch and then us but the concerns we made have been adressed by the EU.Lisbon makes Europe work better and in turn will make Ireland work better and we need that ecspecially the way our economy is going and of all the people who are now unemployed.

  • I'll givin the treaty a big fat NO vote anyway
