While returning to Duluth from milder weather in the Twin Cities on Saturday Nov. 29th the roads quickly became slick and dangerous, a three car pile up in the northbound lane of I-35 where the CN railroad bridge crosses over, snarled traffic for over an hour that left a few drivers with wrecked vehicles and a traffic jam that couldn't of come at a worse time as the record crowd attending the Snocross event at Spirit Mtn were wrapping up that event. I did not see a single snow plow/sander throughout the entire drive on the interstate.

  • The average moron in Duluth can't drive on a dry road on a clear day in the middle of summer. Throw in some snow, a parked car or (god forbid) an orange cone and sheer terror sets in. I hope every one of their cars ran out of gas while they sat at a dead stop.

No shortage of entertainment for those with time and a video camera if you live in this area. Absolutely the worst drivers I've seen anywhere.

  • Its amazing, when its snowing and the roads suck some drivers seem to drive faster. It's hard for some drivers to adapt to slower speeds and comprehend that your gonna get to where your going...

  • why the 9 min of video before you got to the point?

  • I felt like I was driving to fast, yet here were these drivers blowing by me. I've been driving this stretch of road when there was no I-35 it was Hwy 61, I've seen some horrible crashes including deaths and I've been in the median more than once myself. Anyways my instincts played out, speeding cars a crash and traffic snarl, in fact the white VW thats stopped at the crash scene passed me twice.

I'm a professional driver, producer and photographer. That's how I roll...

  • The only thing I get out of this vid is that you are the worst driver on the road. Come on, Icovered road at 64mph and video taping. whos the moron.

  • Us Minnesotans are crazy i tell you ill admit it was snowing like this one time on I-694 and i got my Nissan Maxima up to 105 mph but i have amazing winter tires on it

  • @unklscrufy

Drive better than anyone out of state. You should head south, when they get an inch of snow they lose their fim minds. I've driven that road as well my whole life along with 51 and 169 in absolute white out. By the way filmer I get it youre going 65 stop panning down to it

  • when people pass me like that then get in a wreck as long as there not blocking the road i drive right on by if you dumb enought to drive that fast then you can sit on the side of the road and cool off

  • Looks like a Dodge Dakota work at WDIO I SET UP MY CAMERA AT Mesaba and W 2nd St.

  • OMG 9 minutes of watching someone drive and constantly show you for 30 seconds at a blast they can go 65... yawn. 9 minutes of my life wasted, dude/dudette make a shorter video and get to the point is there like nothing else to do out there????

  • I knew a lady, she came from Duluth. She got bit by a dog with a rabbid tooth.....

  • Thats not snow go to Canada and then you will see "SNOW"
