A87 139 Go Adrienne!

I love Steve and Adrienne talking like this. They are a great match as brother and sister. I'm a bit disappointed in Steve here, but I love Adrienne sticking up for herself and telling Steve like it is. No Baby!

There are so many layers with what's going on with Steve and Kayla, and Steve's animosity with Kiriakis, and Adrienne trying to get over her past. I love the big brother Steve, little sister Adrienne relationship.

Small name spelling semi-rant:
I used to spell Adrienne as Adrienne, then I saw credits with her as Adriene so I started using Adriene and changed what I ran across to Adriene, and dagnabit, in that Adrienne and Justin promo, they spell her name Adrienne, which would be how I would naturally spell it had I not seen credits with Adriene... I am not changing all the clips with her listed at this point.

I couldn't see Kayla going after Mike because they had more of a brother/sister relationship but I alwyas thought that it would've been interesting if Marcus had come to town at this time and it turned out that Kayla knew him from when she was in school and they started spending time together, maybe not dating but just hanging out. That would've driven Steve nuts. LOL!

Looking back, Kayla should've gone after Mike. That would've taught Steve a lesson about assuming he could just toss her to Jack.

Course, it would've still been a painful lesson that I probably wouldn't have liked.

I think it was definitely spite that made Kayla turn to Jack and ultimately marry him. She wanted to hurt Steve as much as he'd hurt her when he pushed her away.

The Steve/Kayla story is driving me crazy . Steve is adorable, but he's making me nuts being clueless.

I keep trying to buy him giving up Kayla for Billy, but he's so in love with Kayla that he shouldn't give her up for anyone and he should know that. If I felt he really felt he didn't deserve Kayla, I could maybe understand, but I just don't believe it after all they went thru.

I can only think Kayla goes to Jack out of spite or just not caring anymore, and I hate it.

This is clip is titled perfectly! Adrienne was so right to tell her big brother off like that. He didn't have the right to say those things to her when he was the one that messed up his own life because of some stupid idea to push Kayla toward Jack/Billy. Too bad Kayla didn't just turn and walk away from the entire situation instead of making the huge mistake of marrying Jack, which I will always believe she did to spite Steve as much as she may have wanted to be there for Jack.
