@enpointeinpink17 Actually...Samson and Delilah are 2 figures in the Bible. Maybe you would know if you read the Bible. Samson had long hair that he never cut. And if his hair was cut, that would be his only weakness, and he told his wife and then she cut his hair and he was killed by the Phillistines.

@enpointeinpink17 The beauty of poetic language is how it can mean different things to different people - the words are not bound by the intent of their original utterer. That said, if you watch through to the end, I didn't finish on a particularly upbeat note. This song is emotionally complex, as I expect are most people's feelings about loved ones affected by disease. Just because someone close to you is very sick, doesn't mean the only way you feel around them and about them is sad...
