  • Good job John!!! I remember my first qso and it went about like yours! Don't know that we ever forget that first one! Welcome to the world of CW!! Slow but sure makes it work!! Practice practice practice is the "key", no pun intended!! I hope to work you on 40M. I'll keep an ear out for you! I enjoy your videos! All of them!! Keep up the good work.

  • Well done! In the last week, and after a lot of practise, I had my first CW QSO with M3MUB. Two days later I sat and passed the CW test which I took at a rally in Dublin. My CW is slow and erratic, my copy even worse(!), but I'll stick with it and hopefully have a QSO with you soon!!

  • Hi John,

Great video! I was slower than you at the start!! Keep it going, I only use qrp equipment, MFJ 9020 is my main cw rig, I will listen out for you in bonnie Scotland!
