  • Yo Elliot! First off, I gotta say, I love you'r vids man. Not only do they help in the gym, but alot of the stuff you say can be applied to life. I been lifiting for months, but I have come across a problem now. When I lift, I lift till I drop. I'm talkin my arms are on fire by the time I'm done. However, the next day, I dont feel sore at all, which makes me think my workout was uneffective. Why dont I feel sore even after I work out to failure, and does not being sore mean I am not progressing?

  • @yormotherson NO, that is actually an awesome thing... when guys are on the juice this is exactly what happens, they can bust their ass in the gym and not even be sore the next day. And then train like a beast again. If you are getting results, then thats all that matters, not soreness.

  • Does anyone know (who downloaded this program) how many sets and reps of this circuit are to be done?

  • Wow, this really opened my mind to true strength training

    Iv changed up everything, and now results are coming fast, i feel twice as strong the next day after my workouts

    I do triples

    Cardio + Strength + Power

    example, 1 minute light jump rope followed by by my 3rep range on front squat followed by some weighted squat jumps or lunge jumps

    get your heart rate up before the strength, and you will find that the weight becomes a whole lot heavier, like i said, results are coming fast
