This is a great old blues song originally performed by the great Ray Charles in 1966. Many artist have done covers of this song including john mayer humble pie peter frampton styx and I am sure there were more. FInishLine is a young rock group from the Dallas area and have been working on building up their set list with a mix of cool old songs, classic rock songs and originals. This is still a rough draft version so kinda rough around the edges but thought we would let folks know what the band is currently working on.

Really wanting to line up some steady gigs so if anyone in the DFW area has a restaurant or club and needs a solid band for steady gigs, PLEASE LET US KNOW! Band has all gear including full PA ready and is ready to play with set lists that include a mix classic rock, hard rock, blues, pop and originals.

  • @oldrockfan not that I have a venue, but how long can you play without repeating songs?

  • At least 2 hours and probably 3 hours if we do some songs that are not 100% yet.

  • 2 things, just advice, you don't need that much distortion, it's on drive. And no offense, but you can't play the guitar part by yourself?

  • Nice playing, great voice. But oh my gosh, how can you all look so bored and unhappy when you play something that sounds so well? Lighten up mates!

  • Great job, the instrumentation is great, just like the vocals.

  • GREAT SINGER!:)..PERFECT GROUP ;)

  • Holy Crap man, I wish I had your voice!! Absolutely brilliant.

  • Gotta love the barefoot bassist! Great sound btw!

  • Great job guys... You guys have a lot of talent and NEED to keep this up! You will be gigging in no time. Actually, you should be gigging already... better than some bands I've seen on stage...

  • good cover, but the lead guitar should drop all that in the verse, it doesn't fit in just my opinion:) But of course it's your cover, so you decide what to play, just saying my opinion, don't judge me haha:D but sounds good.

  • man you got real nice groove even though you don't move! i am the one that moved by you guys LOL! i wanna see your songs guys!

  • sounds good but wheres all the energy boys??? get movein' lol
