I stumbled on this one while examining a dung sample for parasites. The amoeba (obviously a commensal) was looking around for food I guess. Notice how the clear cytoplasm flows first (pseudopodia.. a lobopodia here!)with the contents following. At some point u can catch a glimpse of the nucleus. Shot with a GE camera juxtaposed on the eyepiece of a Nikon Axiostar Microscope with a total magnification of 1000.
