how this was not somehjow turned into a feminine blackadderesque set of series i just do not know. i was so sure this was the best thing sin ce blackadder, red dwarf and the nightingales i couldn't believe it when 2 yrs later i'd heard nothing more of them writing more in this style [ie, moving on to a victorian style series w. foggy london streets stalked by the ripper!! so many concepts.ideas wasted]. great great shame.
