@bstct the chorus in programmed on the keyboard of Mark Avsec to give the "wall of Donnie" sound so that is why it sounds just like the record....it sort of is but they sing live for the whole song as well. I have seen him 3 times in the last year and he never has done a bad gig!

his stage presentation/choreography is better today than in 1981: jumping around isn't necessary when performing from the heart, as this guy does, even in his 60's. Good for him. These guys nail the harmonies dead-on too. Sounds like the studio recording. Probably not an accident - a tribute to Iris's mucisianship (he knows the sound that he wants from everyone).

Sounds great & he obviously has such a good time. This came out in '80 or so, and my cousin (15 at the time) actually got pregnant to this song, or so she says. Ahh, them were the days. (Sarcasm)
