Please read what I replied to Voidcraft regarding record breaking and albums sold.
I agree, at the moment Tarja alone is not as good as old Nightwish. Old Nightwish was an incredible combination.
She is VERY good however. Her music writing keeps improving, even her voice keeps improving and becoming more versatile.
She shows all the signs of one day surpassing old Nightwish.
My only fear is that she might be too atracted to classical scene and quit rock altogether.

She received last week the award for most records sold, her first solo rock album My Winter Storm sold Gold.
Also broke some records for solo artists but can't remember which.
In the meantime, she finished touring for the second album, What Lies Beneath, tarted working on the third, and established a new classical-crossover band called Harus.
In 2006 even her Cristmas album sold gold in the first several weeks.
She might.. just MIGHT.. have the instinct to succeed :)

Excellent video and audio processing ! Nice song and “Bye Bye beautiful”. I don’t think that Tarja has the metal instinct to succeed alone in the metal scene.

Nightwish are never be the same without Tarja but to be honest Tarja's personal career is below my expectations as much as Nightwish's with Anette as lead singer.As you can understand I believe that Nightwish and Tarja was the perfect combination
