http://www.autodesk.com/3dsmax Accelerate modeling and texturing tasks with new tools that extend the Graphite modeling and Viewport Canvas toolsets: a revised toolset for 3D painting and editing textures within the viewport; the ability to paint with object brushes to create geometry within a scene; a new brush interface for editing UVW coordinates; and an interactive tool for extending edge loops.

  • wow ! wow ! wow !.....nothing to say....looks like autodesk marging the photoshop and body paint 3d together with max....great for the game artist....cant wait to get max 2011.

  • error here, comes around randomly:

    my brush would start behaving strangely,and whenever I pass over my paint, it would get erased.

    any ideas? couldn't find anything on google.

  • Also, why am i getting a retarded mirror effect when i dont even have mirroring selected?

  • my brushstrokes are really choppy. is this due to there not being enough polys/subdivisions?

  • Autodesk 3ds max is free for students :D

  • @markjason2 you are probably on a 64 bit version of windows and 3ds max which means you need a 64 bit version of the codec for that video or switch to using the 32 bit version of 3ds max in this instance.
