@weepaul666 yep strain is there for sure , but deadlift is a full body exercise not just for the hams.

@JohnnyTMv Deadlifts are good for building your hamstrings but I think they dont like them just because of the strain it puts on your lower back.I probably wouldnt do it either but I like to switch exercises every 3 months and there's really on deadlifts and hamstring curls
