Bostonist: Jesse Kaminsky's Bubbleraft 2

On Friday, July 31st, Jesse Kaminsky opened his latest creation, Bubbleraft 2, at Meme Gallery near Central Square in Cambridge.

He works with his hands to sculpt constructions that are startling and otherworldly, while playing with scientific concepts to draw out the beauty and irregularities that exist in patterned organic structures.

The exhibit runs through August 9th, and will change markedly through the course of its run. Meme Gallery is at 55 Norfolk Street in Cambridge.

Jesse also DJs a radio show on WMBR 88.1 FM, The Intercontinental, every Wednesday from 6-8 PM.
