  • Garage/estate sale every saturday... you will find some good stuff from time to time!

  • Machine gun by Band of gypsys... Hendrix's band before the end.

  • What? If they're not for sale, what's with the title of this? "Sansui SP-1500 Vintage Stereo Speakers Audio demo for ebay auction" ... fail.

  • @Adzerk

    They have already been sold,

I just leave the video up because I think some people like seeing speakers from back when they were made well.

  • No they are not for sale!

  • please tell me what kind of amp that is, i have some Cerwin Vega D9-E's and i need a good amp to power them

  • @EASTYJAZ34 Not all sansui speakers, check out the LM range! the sound fantastic i have a pair of 220s

  • sansui is nothing but a whole lot of drivers thrown into a box

  • 2 tweeters?

  • I bought a set of these exact speakers when I left the Phillipines in 1972 along with a Sansui 4000 amp....they are still playing well after all these years. I am sure new technology has improved speakers....my kids say they are junk.....oh well

  • looks like somebody got a load of random speakers and put them in cabinets lol

  • Classic example of a kabuki speaker. All show and no substance.

They did make great audio gear though, apart from speakers.

  • @gznubouit I honestly think it depends on ones opinion. For me, it dont matter if a speaker is vintage or new, good or bad, cheap or not, as long as it sounds good, its all that matters.

  • @drjoeshmoe Thats true vintage speakers have a sound that the newer speakers don't since the actual driver components are so cheap :/ But fostex makes some very nice woofers which are cheap and can be used in projects like folded horns or plain out bookshelf spekaers they sound nice!
