  • Hi you poor thing , my little girl had hers done last thurs ,like you her two big toes, how long did it take to heal after op?, if you dont mind me asking , hope this is the end of all the pain for her now , and hope everything went well and healed up good for you :)

  • @12janehughes12 I was bathing in salted water and redressing every day for 4 weeks, was a pain in the bottom, mainly because the wounds seeped fluid for weeks afterwards, pain was completely gone within a couple of days though. Now they are completely healed, nails look a bit odd and squared but all's good, they didn't come back which is the main thing.

  • dude yours is worse than mine :O

  • have you ever heard of neosporn. I am getting my operations tomorrow on my two big toes and they aren't as bad as yours because of the neosporn

  • 12 times my doctors have tried to fix this with surgery. from removal of nail, the thing u did to putting paper under the nail.

they gimme the painkilling, cut and burn, is there anything more i have to do ?¨living with this shit for 2,5 years now, frustrating as hell..

  • @paramedion i dont know. i just pray (really) coz i'm so scared and dont want to go to surgery. just be brave and face the nail. i will pray even harder. i'm just keeping it clean. and i really want to end this coz it's painful :( try soaking it in water. actually i also tried the cotton method (placing cotton under the nails) it's kinda painful but i cant do it everyday coz im kinda busy.

  • @KuroChoHime yeah i really dont want to go to surgery, but my nail is ingrown , my toenail. Will it heal over time do u know@?

  • @paramedion did you undergo surgery?

coz usually, when i have that (small) i cut it and it's gone..

but now it's my first time to have ingrown (inflammated) and it's getting better than before...i just soaked it in a warm water and the discharge lessen...

    actually i'm planning to cut it..but it's painful :(

i'm just gathering courage to cut it :D

  • @KuroChoHime i have an ingrown nail right now and putting up with it

  • @paramedion over!..scary :(
