Piriform DeFraggler:

(to clean all windows temp files, ie files, logs, stuff you just dont want, ect. on the cleaner tab/button make sure everything is checked EXCEPT: Desktop Shortcuts, Custom Files and Folders, and Wipe Free Space. When it asks you if you are sure, hit yes and then RUN
CLEANER. To clean the registry(lol a noob cleaner program in CCleaner), click the registry button/tab and click SCAN FOR ISSUES, if/when it finds errors click FIX SELECTED ISSUES, and hit yes to save a backup somewhere safe[if anything goes wrong after this you can double click this file to undo what you do here] and then fix issues. You can also hit the TOOLS tab/button then go to STARTUP, and highlight the startup program that you dont want or need[this will make your computer start up faster] and hit disable. Do NOT DISABLE RANDOM THINGS(ADVANCED USERS ONLY)!!)

new way to defrag-on defraggler, defrag, then defrag free space; then use windows defrag (start, all programs, accessories, system tools, disk defragmenter.) this is the best way to defrag and organize boot files.

just get kaspersky internet securty
way better :) and u dont have to scan
it scanning all the time.
