Jón Páll Sigmarsson Slideshow

This is a picture slideshow of the greatest strongman of all time, Jón Páll Sigmarsson from Iceland. Jón Páll was just great in so many ways. He had a fantastic personality, was super strong and was so gentle. He was known as "the Viking" and he used to shout "I'm the viking". Jón Páll won the title World's Strongest Man four times, and that's a record. In 1987 he won the competition for the title Strongest Man Of All Time.

He had a heart attack while he was lifting in Iceland. It's in his family to have a weak heart. His mother was in the gym at the same time and saw his son die
