I thought you were using scarvenger around 1.11 you seem to be picking up your trophy system thanks for your response, hope you don't mind me asking a few more:

-I have been using the trophy system but didnt find it very useful, why do you like using it?

--Tactical is my button layout of choice and would find it difficult to switch back to default. it makes it almost impossible to hit with the riot shield but you advise against it anyways. what's your take on that?

You can pick up your trophy system at any time just like c4 claymores etc.

The trophy system is a good for the riot shield because it sets up a "kill zone" that lets you fight your enemy on your terms which is what the riot shield is all about.

Tactical is also my button layout and I find it very useful for quickly crouching when taking fire so I would not change that at all.

I also use tactical and find it to be essential

@AWD44 trophy system: makes a lot of sense, thank you. does it protect you from tubes as well? how do you pick it up? as for the tactical do you find urself still bashing enemies this way? I find it really difficult to time turning and bashing

Lastly would you modify your build in anyway to play SDHC, which I mainly play.

thanks for the inspiring vids, I always wanted to use the shield more on mw2 but coudlnt because of the tubes. it seems mw3 offer more options for shielders.

You pick it up by holding x (on xbox) next to it.

Would not modify however the kit but you could put scavenger at your 3rd perk for specialist just in case you have ammo issues.

Understand this is a build that creates an incentive to work with another player (ie being a meat shield)
