Chalica celebrates and puts into intentional practice the seven principles of the Unitarian Universalist tradition - one a night - for seven nights. Day Two celebrates our affirmation and support for justice, equity, and compassion in human relations.
Chalica begins on the first Monday of December, and is marked by the lighting of a chalice each day. Gifts that reflect the principle for that particular day may be given, or one can choose to focus more on mindfulness and action. This week of reflections is offered by Jeff Liebmann, Consulting Minister of the Unitarian Universalist Congregation of Smithton PA.
Hi Jeff, We really enjoyed this message & looking forward to tomorrow nights Chalica!!! Have a good night.
