Hi I'm Elisa, The Gay Chef. Here is a quick and easy way to make lemon champagne sorbet. Quick tip for you though - take your icecream out of the fridge for a short while before hand to soften it up!
INGREDIENTS:
Lemon sorbet
champagne
METHOD:
1. Take your lemon sorbet and add to a jug
2. Pour over the champagne
3. Crush the lemon sorbet down with a whisker first, then whisk up for a minute until smooth/ a thick paste (it's much easier if you have a blender)
4. Pour into your cocktail glass and decorate.
5. Get pissed!!!
