During my second fast I share some of the things I have learned.
Water fasting is the best thing I have done for my health and wellbeing, besides changing my diet to plant-based whole food/fresh food and changing my lifestyle away from using corporate commercial toxic products on myt body, in my home and all around my life.

THE INFORMATION CONTAINED IN THIS BLOG IS FOR EDUCATION ONLY AND IS NOT MEANT TO DIAGNOSE, PRESCRIBE, OR TREAT ILLNESS. IT IS VALUABLE TO SEEK THE ADVICE OF AN ALTERNATIVE HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL BEFORE MAKING ANY CHANGES

  • is sparkeling water ok to use just for like a taste for a dinner or lunch?

  • @jennie711711711 ....Technically no, but I am more flexible now and feel that if you are happier to complete your fast by having a little to keep you going then use it. Just not making it the prominent water of your fast. Sorry I took so long in replying : (

  • Thanks for the tip about brushing your teeth with aloe vera and not re-swallowing the toxins excreting from your mouth, especially in the morning. If you can't tolerate the odor from your armpits, massaging lemon and lime slices in that area is a great alternative for deodorant during fasting and just good in general.

  • @InnerBeauty2006..... AHHH great tip about the lemon! Thank you!
