  • I don't like this technique so much unless the guy resists and I have to pull myself towards him, if I have freedom to drag i will pull hard and get my back to the floor to scoot my hip out and take the back. Not to mention his advise of cupping the tricep is bad, it should be the elbow or slightly above it not as high as he had it.
