Well done. People need to take the time to learn this stuff on their own such as you are doing because God knows we are not taught this in schools. Good luck, keep up the good work and best wishes~

@VeggiePower303 Look up "Taj Tarik Bey"..he is a MASTER at making the most difficult legal concepts EASY to understand. This is a tough subject, but some people can convey it easier than others, its a gift.

Oh how I wonder, WHY Latinos are called Latinos? I'm sure it has NOTHING to do with the many languages we read, write, speak, and obviously understand. Nope, not at all.

@TheNewMusicNetwork ask me you can cancel your signature on the agreement with the court to pay them the money...yes they muust have the agreement check out cvc 40510.5 (a) (4) where you must give them the WRITTEN agreement, they slip it in and you sign without knowing,...it is not the ticket...I can show you where ask...free alll for love of freedom...

@Marleyites Maybe, but you can still win every single ticket in cali by not giving them the agreement they need in writing from you...look at cvc 40510.5 (a) (4) ...they need it in writing...they sneak it in on the trial date form they make you sign to get a trial date...the clerk makes you sign not the judge. Or if you plead guilty well you pay voluntarily...but you can ask for trial and then cancel your signature the next day thryough certified mail notice to the clerk and ..ask me
At 3:08 you even read aloud "supra", having utterly no clue what it means. It refers to a reference "above", which here has been widowed by your mindless cut-and-paste of legal quotes you no more understand than the Latin. Had you gone to high school and learned what footnotes are, you wouldn't have made such a mistake. If you can't mind your references, how should we trust your legal conclusions?

@333666666 .... My videos are not for you to trust me or any kind of conclusion I come up with. It is so your lazy ass can go look it up yourself. Whatever you can come up with can be made into a video response. However, I highly doubt your mom will allow you to get on her computer.

I live near Long Beach and I have had problems in Glendale and elsewhere so I've been through some stuff too. I'm fighting with Long Beach police in court now. I'm studying the Law now to better protect myself and I appreciate what your doing here. After watching one of your videos I felt compelled to go to Glendale to watch you in court but I didn't know where to go or who to look for

The reason most people don't read this kind of stuff is because they don't understand it even if they read it slowly.
If you want to tell us something it doesn't help if you read it to us 100 miles an hour.
You need to digest it for us and give us the layman's version.
Than 10 minutes will be more than enough.
Thanks for trying to figure this out, but you need to acquire some teaching skills.
Cheers!
