How to draw manga: the body tutorial

this is a short tutorial showing how to draw a female character's body.
You probably won't learn it right away. it just gives you an idea of how to start.
keep practicing hard and you can achieve the technique in no time!

character: Maka from "soul eater"
program: paint tool sai, photoshop cs3
time used: 20 mins for the first figure, 20 mins for the remaining 5 figures, 2 hrs for the character.

this video is great, i will use this as one of my references for drawing bodies! :D i don't understand how people do shading on computer programs like paint or photoshop, is there a tool which is particularly useful for shading?
