@socksumi Well, the whole burning for eternity part, that's true, but God let the humans choose between Heaven or Hell. He gave us free-will, and we decided to love God or call it bullshit.

But if you chose to be an atheist, fine, your soul is in your control.

I, for one, am a Christian, whether or not I go to Japan to preach, I seriously wish to go to Japan! I am very jeaous that you lived in Japan. What was it like there? I plan to be an animator/mangaka when I plan to live there.

@OmegaXis0 I am atheist but I have no truck with Christianity or with freedom of religion. But I do taken issue with evangelizing in other countries and cultures. I grant that missionaries have the right to freedom of expression but I also consider it wrong because it disrespects all other beliefs directly and by implication.

If you are a guest in a foreign country and preach to them (or even suggest) they will burn for eternity for not holding your belief... it is profoundly offensive.

@socksumi A couple of centuries ago when the Christians became aggressive with their crusades, the Japanese got pissed off and gave them a good ass kicking. Today they feel a little guilty and display more tolerance to Christians. But it doesn't mean Christianity is accepted by the Japanese.

What's hilarious is that a large percentage of the their youth indoctrinated into Christianity later de-convert after exposure to normal Japanese society---apologizing and embarrassed for being duped.

@OmegaXis0 I've lived in Japan and most of the Japanese are atheist/agnostic. As for suicide, it's not as high as we are lead to believe. I's somewhat higher than average only because it's considered culturally more acceptable to deal with problems than in the west. I can tell you this: the Japanese have as much zest for living and are as happy as any people in the world and also some of the most civilized, peaceful and ethical people you'll ever meet.

@socksumi That is what you call arrogance. As a matter of fact, the majority of Japanese people do not have a religion. The Buddhism or Shinto are a tradition or a culture. Hell, the suicide rate are MUCH higher in Japan than it is here in America, so, one more reason we go to Japan, spread the Gospel, so that they can see that suicide is not an answer. Another reason, God wishes that everybody can come to Heaven to be with Him, who created us all. Go troll somewhere else.

@OmegaXis0 It's not news. You Christians have been spouting the same lines over and over like a broken record. Despite years of missionary work less than 1% of them are Christian. The Japanese are too evolved for your tripe. If they are curious it's because it's more of a carnival side show for them. Most are astonished at how anyone could believe such primitive nonsense.
