@speasley1 i went to American Flatbread after the flood and they have pictures of the water filling the entire dining room where the mud oven is. they had water flowing through their entire field. i still say they have the best Flatbread in the state, if not the country, or the world. a lot of crops where condemned from pollutants in the water so it was a big loss for the farms. luckily we have had so many excellent people who helped to clean up the mess and donate to those who this effected.
I lived in The Valley for 13 years, this is truly heartbreaking. Went through the flood of 98 and all of it's devastation. My thoughts go out to everyone...
It's hard to imagine the devastation that this must have left behind...I spent 10 years of my life in this town. Anyone know what happened to Lareau Farm and American Flatbread?
