Also having a air stone in their to agitate the water might not be the best idea because
oxygen disolves C02... So it might not produce as much C02.

Just to help you out because yeast is not so cheap when you need to change the mixture just pour out half and add your sugar and water. Then you are good for another round. You can do this over and over. Also you might want to put the system over your plants because co2 is heavier than air, thus the co2 gets to trickle over more of the plant. Make sure that the co2 is being injected during the night cycle more than during the day.
