It's justified if he lost his house to a sub prime adjustable rate morgue. without knowing what he was getting into first and yes the person under me is right. it's technically still his house until the bank and police evict him. maybe if a thousand more people did this the U.S. Government would wake up. ? about these should be illegal adjustable rate morgues....!

Did he sign the mortgage note? Did he spend the extra money from the refi? Now he's a hero for refusing to pay the money back? What I see here is a selfish, childish boy who is unable to take personal responsibility for his actions and his consequences. I hope the bank not only recovers (what is left of the property), but comes after him for the difference between what he BORROWED and what the property is now worth.
