I use this build myself (high elf) the only downside is MAKE SURE YOUR DESTRUCTION IS YOUR HIGHEST. Also restoration works well. BTW I recommend getting the shield spellbreaker (makes ward when you raise your shield

@jamesyla You should be able to press right or left trigger to choose which hand it goes into that works for me as I always switch out my shield for a healing spell

Awesome vid! Similar to what I'm currently doing.
What spell/shout is that where you charge forward? Or is that shield charge? 0:37. Also, is there a way to hotkey quick-swap the casting hand only and keep shield on the left (I play on Xbox ):)? I tried binding that first Fire spell on Left D-pad and Spark on Right D-pad, and when I hit the button it swaps out my shield and uses dual-casting rather than Shield+Fire to Shield+Spark or vice versa. 0:52 for reference.
