New England's 5 Bucks! a punk/ska band covered (with permission) from the Bruisers in 1999 on their second CD release, an ep titled "This Is My Girlfriend". 5 Bucks! were seen often playing with Boston favorite's Big D and the Kids Table and Kicked in the Head. 5 Bucks! would later go on to share the stage with the Ataris, the Mighty Mighty Bosstones, the Queers, Link 80 and more.
