loved oav 1 and 2 but man, oav three was annoying. The oavs were my favorite but I like universe as a whole a bit more now because of oav 3.

Actually I meant Mihoshi's family but thank you I guess we should question the shows lack of logic or we'll be here all day the Tenchi Muyo shows are mostly fueled on emotion like Sailor Moon or Gurren Lagann so logic plays little part in it.

I wasn't too fond of Tenchi In Tokyo because of all the emotional turmoil in the storyline. I was a typical angsty teenager, and I really liked how much more uplifting Tenchi Muyo and Tenchi Universe both were by comparison. When I got home from middle school and high school, I needed a good laugh, and some good action. Not a good sob story.
