Thanks to everyone who watches the video and special thanks to those who have commented or asked questions. It is for you guys that I wanted to make sure I put this video out. I hope you guys are as successful as I have been on low carb, and it is always great to hear from you.

  • @bowulf Ok i have a question for you.... i am following all of your videos and recipes, and i want to do the pacakes or the pizza and i cant find the low carb mix you use at the store!!!... Were can i get it?? is there an special store for that kind of stuff?? Thank you again!!

  • @VANNYLO1107 The one in the pancake mix can be replaced by almond flour or coconut meal, which you can grind both yourself. The pizza baking mix is a homemade baking mix with ingredients (listed in that same recipe) that should be readily available in most grocery stores (almond flour, Vital Wheat Gluten, Vanilla Whey protein).

  • @BuranLyoko It is what it is, and if you don't like it, please do not watch.

As for people caring about my 211 pounds lost success story and marathons ran, you are again just proving my point the videos I produce aren't for you. There are lots of other channels on Youtube that may meet your needs better, but I would not count on mine changing to make an Internet troll happy.

  • @hannahkathrynodom Depends on the liquid splenda concentration, but using mine I would use either 3 or 4 drops.
