@ThePunkPatriot he was in fact, ostensibly, a terrorist. He did call for attacks, which legally is "inciting violence" and is a civil crime that will land your ass in jaill for quite a while. Certainly, he could have been captured and given a f**king trial. A drone strike was absolutely outside the purview of law.
