If I were playing keys with one hand and a Tenorion with another, I would need some sort of stand for it, particularly one that allows the reverse side to be seen by the audience. Does this exist yet ?

Yes you can get a clear perspex stand which the audience can see the back l.e.d.s through. you can also get an adaptor to use it on a mike stand.
