The Essentials Of The Christian Faith

*PLEASE NOTE*

It has been brought to my attention that i have elevated the doctrine of Total Depravity to an essential and that i believe that any christian who does not hold to my particular beliefs on that issue may not be saved. Let me clarify by saying that there are disagreements in the christian community on just how sinful man really is and the debate has been raging for centuries; i do believe that one can disagree with my particular understanding of that doctrine and be saved. The one thing that we as christians do not disagree on is the fact that man is a very sinful and wicked creature and unless they admit their wretchedness and come broken at the cross of Christ, they can never be saved.
