Death To All But Metal - featuring members of Late September Dogs, Crying Spell and Metal Boys

Every year a group of Seattle musicians get together and perform cover songs they wouldn't normally get to perform with their own bands as a benefit for Northwest Harvest and PAWS. This vid is a cover of Steel Panthers "DEATH TO ALL BUT METAL" by members of Seattle's Metal Boys, Crying Spell and Late September Dogs.

For the record, we'd only rehearsed this all the way through about three times as a full band, but whatever, it was for charity, and was great fun.

Interesting side note: Steel Panther had performed the night before this at the KISW holiday Hangover Ball and, like some sad 15 year old girl, I waited in the freezing cold to get "Satchel" AKA Russ Parrish to sign my Hello Kitty guitar. Dude could not have been cooler about it. He signed it "Cherish This Axe" - Russ Parrish. SOO METAL!
