MGS4: Guns of the Patriots
This is my attempt to spruce up an otherwise slow and awkward cutscene (one of many in the game).
Also you can see a few of the hidden areas where you can press L1 to go into first-person mode, even though there is no prompt to do so. The hidden L1 areas restore your Psyche Guage.

That wasn't a secret in the japanese version of MGS4. They simply removed the prompt in the US version.

How do you get the stuff you unlock after you've beaten the game?

Go to "Continue Game" and load the "New Game Plus" file. Play until you reach the MkII robot, at which point you will again have everything that you've ulocked, bought, and earned previously. When you get to Drebin in Act 2, you'll also have all of your unspent DP. If you ever select "New Game" from the main menu, you will not have anything to carry over.
