Sponsored by the city of Barberton Beautification Program, the Mum Fest will feature 20,000 chrysanthemums in 22 varieties and two varieties of asters, all donated by Aris Horticultural Services, according to event organizers.
The event also will offer free family entertainment, children's activities, arts and crafts and gardening tips. Food at the festival will include Hopocan Gardens chicken, Hodge's Café hamburgers and wings, cabbage and noodles, Mediterranean cuisine, fried bologna sandwiches prepared by the Masons National Lodge No. 568, as well as barbecued chicken, ribs and sandwiches.
