Rubbing alcohol, salt, shake the shit out of it.
For the bowl: Get a few q-tips, clog the bottom stem of the bowl with toilet paper or whatever, fill it with a little bit of salt, pour some alcohol in to get it all nice a wet, and start scrubbing the inside of the bowl with the q-tips. It will take a few q-tips to completely clean all the old sticky resin. Also, just shove a few q-tips into the bottom stem of the bowl when down with the top to clean it all down there too. Scrub it good : )
