Even though his accent was really good... xD I'm pretty sure I don't remember anything about him being fluent.

actually, it's kinda the opposite. like, for example, he can read and write english nearly fluently. his mom's an english professor and he said she would often pull all nighters teaching him.

but his accent isn't the best because he's said he doesn't have a lot of opportunities to speak english since he lives in japan, obviously.

I have a playlist up of the Yatterman movie subbed in English, but I think it would be awesome if all the actors knew English so the movie could be in English. It's a very good movie in my opinion.
